The six-hour, live Zoom class is taught in four, ninety-minute segments is for licensed estheticians and massage therapists. After completing this course, you will be able to:

• Evaluate areas of segmental muscular armoring in the ocular, jaw, neck and upper shoulders, which cause pain and distress
• Employ acupressure release points and apply shiatsu techniques that will release face, neck and upper shoulders
• Create a deeply effective and relaxing treatment based on the principles of Chinese Medicine
• Explain simple exercises for the client to do at home to maintain relaxed muscles
